Quality instruction and high standards of Karate

Our instructors, as well as holding nationally recognised coaching qualifications are CRB checked and hold first aid qualifications. Your first Karate lesson will consist of a light warm-up followed by some basic exercises that will help you begin learning the fundamental techniques you will require to learn Karate.

Sensei Fawcett has had a career spanning over forty years in the karate world. He has risen impressively to the grade of 9th dan. All but one dan grades were taken in front of japanese masters. Sensei Fawcett spent over 15 years fighting for england in tournaments around the world. Winner of many national and international trophies, he was also a European gold and silver medalist .
